PingoViral is on the Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons. Open the relevant link, click Add to Chrome / Add to Firefox, and confirm. After installation, pin the PingoViral icon to your toolbar for easy access. Microsoft Edge users: install the Chrome build via edge://extensions/ with "Allow extensions from other stores" enabled.
Create a free account at pingoviral.com/register. Open your dashboard → Settings → API Keys → copy your key. Click the PingoViral icon in your browser toolbar, paste the key, and click Connect.
Make sure you are on a map search results page (not the home page of the map site). Refresh the tab and try again. If the issue persists, reload the extension via chrome://extensions.
Only publicly listed business information visible on the page you scan — names, phone numbers, addresses, ratings, and review counts. The extension does not track browsing history, does not run in the background, and only activates when you click Scan. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We remove all personal data within 7 days and send a confirmation once complete.
Log in → Dashboard → Cold Leads → click Export CSV. The export contains every lead tied to your account with all enrichment fields.
Use the password reset link on the login page. A reset email will arrive within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
Deployed demos stay live indefinitely unless you archive or delete them from the dashboard. We recycle inactive demos (no views in 90 days) to keep infrastructure costs down — you will receive an email warning 14 days before recycling.
Custom domains are available on paid tiers. Contact support for setup instructions — we handle the DNS and SSL automatically once you point a domain to our servers.
If you have received unsolicited SMS or WhatsApp outreach originating from a PingoViral demo site, or suspect a user is misusing the platform, email [email protected]. We investigate every report and suspend offending accounts.
